Insurance
Our insurance coordinators deal with many different insurance companies. As long as your dental plan pays a percentage for you to see out-of-network doctors, we will be happy to research your insurance and file claims for your treatment in our office.
You will be given an ESTIMATE of charges for your periodontal treatment and an ESTIMATE of possible dental insurance benefits at the end of your initial exam appointment with Dr Huber.
If periodontal treatment is needed after the initial exam, you will be scheduled for a surgical pre-op appointment with one of Dr Huber's assistants one to two weeks before the surgery appointment. Your estimated patient fees are due at the pre-op appointment. Your treatment estimate is based on information we receive from your dental insurance company by phone. This estimate is not a guarantee of payment from your dental insurance company. Any outstanding balance on your account after payment by the dental insurance plan is your responsibility and will be billed directly to you. If a credit balance occurs on your account after insurance pays, an immediate refund will be sent to you.
Medicare does not pay for dental expenses.
